Project Overview
The Collaboration
As the lead UX designer, I collaborated closely with product, marketing, engineering, and sales teams—while also partnering with an external brand agency to ensure consistency across new web visuals and messaging. Our weekly syncs brought together multiple stakeholders, aligning everyone on design direction, technical feasibility, and campaign goals. I also coordinated with the agency to incorporate brand guidelines into the web experience and supported the development team in translating visual concepts into responsive, accessible layouts.
The Solution
I designed two new product detail pages that emphasized benefit-driven messaging, simplified visual hierarchy, and clear CTAs. For the Compare Products page, I led a full UX overhaul—replacing the legacy 4-column grid with a streamlined, mobile-friendly layout that grouped plans into “For Individuals” and “For Families.” This new structure helped users better understand which product suited their needs at a glance. The updated experience spanned 7+ pages, including pricing updates, refreshed navigation, and strategic placement of product entry points throughout the site.
The Impact | A cohesive digital ecosystem ready for scale
The redesign launched successfully across all touchpoints, providing a more intuitive and conversion-optimized experience for prospective customers. A/B testing confirmed that the new comparison layout significantly improved clarity and engagement. The collaboration between internal teams and our agency partner ensured that the launch felt cohesive across brand, marketing, and product. This project served as a blueprint for future campaigns—demonstrating how thoughtful UX, strategic design, and cross-functional alignment can elevate both user experience and business outcomes.
