At Carbonite, our team is responsible for delivering timely, high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple product brands and web platforms. From Back to School and World Backup Day to Black Friday/Cyber Monday and New Year, New Device, each campaign requires a unified visual and messaging approach—executed quickly and across a variety of digital touchpoints. Project Overview

Designing across teams, brands, and tight timelines

As a UX and visual designer, I partner closely with our external creative agency, marketing strategists, sales, developers, and project managers. Every campaign kicks off with collaborative concepting, followed by alignment on copy, visual direction, and user goals. I help translate big-picture ideas into responsive digital designs—ensuring every asset aligns with the brand while meeting performance and accessibility standards. Strong cross-team communication and agile feedback loops are key to our success.

The Execution

Each campaign rollout involves updating homepage hero banners across multiple product sites, creating dedicated landing pages, and ensuring consistent campaign messaging throughout the user journey. My role includes designing responsive layouts, working within established design systems, and ensuring designs are implemented accurately by dev teams. We thoroughly QA all campaign assets pre-launch to ensure cross-browser performance and a polished user experience.

The Impact
